A Collection of Wanderings began with a simple realization: the world changes when we begin noticing.
For years, I moved through deserts, forests, mountains, beaches, and back roads with a camera in hand. What began as photography slowly became something more. The longer I wandered, the more I discovered that every place is filled with stories waiting just beneath the surface. A feather. A footprint. A branch. A bird. A question.
The photographs, essays, encounters, field notes, and research collected here are part of an ongoing exploration of the natural world and the relationships that connect it. Some wanderings lead to images. Some lead to science. Some lead to wonder. All begin with curiosity.
My hope is simple: that you leave seeing a little more than you saw before.
